Form
If you complete this form
and return it to our staff we will turn
it into the hospital on your behalf. If
allows you to bipass patient registration
when you present to the hospital in labor.
Prenatal Class Schedule
Prenatal class are of no cost
to you if you deliver at White County. There
is also information on CPR and daddy boot
camp. You should plan on signing up when
you are about 24 weeks pregnant.
